What if Felix Trinidad had beaten Bernard Hopkins? + BQ?

What would have happened in their respective careers? Would Trinidad be considered one of the best pound for pound fighters ever?

BQ: Why doesn't Hopkins fight Tito again now? He keeps complaining nobody will fight him and a rematch with Trinidad would earn him a lot of money particularly as Tito's skills aren't what they used to be. If Hopkins is convinced he is so much better than Trinidad then there is no risk in him taking the fight.

  1. Dude! Who cares! Tito sucks!! Even Oscar beat him. And every boxing fan knows it. And of course he would be considered one of the best. But he lost the fight. I liked Tito.He was a fantastic fighter with excellent punches. But I reckon Tito should stay away from the ring. Including Oscar!!! Their time has passed. It’s time to delight in the future stars.

  2. he could do a rematch but so what tito already got ktfo by bhop
all the talent he had, he never learned how to duck.

  3. Trinidad has come back twice without success. Roy Jones who is a spent fighter beat him. Trinidad should and will stay retired. He was a superb welterweight with a very hard punch.

Oscar De la Hoya refused to fight or even get close to Felix in the last four rounds of their fight and Trinidad went on to clean up the Jr. middleweight division and even win a middleweight belt. He is certainly among the top 5 welterweights of all time and this is a crowded division. Trinidad could be hit but he also could get up and became more perilous when hurt.

Hopkins has always been an underrated fighter but right now there are no fights for him that could improve his overall record !!

  4. Tito was nearly beaten by ODLH and B-Hop in his prime beat the crap out of ODLH (okay, rather he REALLY beat em’). Tito would’ve been exposed a fight or two later.

BQ: To be honest, I’ve never really thought of that….well B-Hop is ancient, whereas Tito is just not a excellent boxer anymore. Hell, if tickets were under $100 and in LV, I’d go for sure. At a catchweight of 170!
